Note:

·         Early registration  discount is valid until August 24, 2018. Late payment will be taken into consideration after this date.

·         All of the payments will be refunded in cancelling by August 24.

·         50% of the payments will be refunded in cancelling between July 24 and October 01, 2018.

·         Refunding will not be made in cancelling made October 01, 2018 and after.

·         Participants can make 2 presentations (including posters). 100 Turkish Liras registration fee will be charged for every 3rd and subsequent papers.

·         CERTIFICATE OF PARTICIPATION will only be given to those who pay registration fee.  

·         Letter of Acceptance and Invitation will be send after registration fee transferred. (Payment receipt must be send to this email address: idmc2018@gumushane.edu.tr)

·         After sending payment receipt, Letter of Acceptance and Invitation will be send via email.
